      WILD attempt

      hello everyone,
i just recently registered, but have been coming here and reading posts for the past couple of weeks. 2 days ago I had a dream where I knew I was dreaming but I couldn't control it. Now yesterday I actually did control it and it felt great its just that the spinning technique ruined it. I'll stick to rubbing hands now. What I did was go to sleep for about 6 hours then wake up and go right back to sleep and got SP after only 5-10 minutes.

Today I tried WILD. I slept 5-6 hours then woke up and waited around 35 minutes then tried to relax and sleep. Only I just laid there and I wasn't tired anymore. I tried to clear my head, but I couldn't keep my eyes shut.

You guys think I should stick to what I tried b4? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

P.S: I tried this technique I read where you use a remote control to adjust the clarity of the dream and it worked really good.

What you did before is still WILD. The only difference is the amount of time you stayed awake before giving it an attempt. The amount of time staying up varies for everyone, and it definitely seems like the shorter the awake time the better in your case. For others, it works better if they stay up longer.
      Stay lucid, stay WILD!

      Oh thanks!
I guess I just figured that since it said 30-60 minutes it had to be exact. Your right it does vary with people. I'll try again tomorrow wish me luck.
      Thanks again.
