I have never experienced a WILD, but I don't feel anymore tired after a lucid dream. I have had dreams where it seems I've lived a lifetime, and I wake up feeliing refreshed.

its like regular dreaming except your in a conscious state so it shouldn't effect you anymore then regular dreaming. but i do think that if you set the alarm for the middle of the night that may have slight adverse effects.
