      Am I getting close?

Last night, in one of my dreams, I thought "Hey, that overpass is way too high." But then I became distracted by something else. Did I almost become lucid? If so, I'll be very happy that I'm getting there.

Thats awesome that you are questioning the reality of your dreams...thats the first step in becoming lucid. I still have trouble with just accepting everything for what it is in my dreams and don't question the validity of anything so I've never had a DILD. Actually I haven't found a name for the type of lucids I have.

Next time you notice that something is sort of out of wack or not working correctly, try to concentrate on it a bit more and don't let yourself become distracted (easier said than done I know) and do a reality check immediately, like holding your nose shut and trying to beathe. This should take you to lucidity. Good luck!!

but your getting close,if you still have this problem buy some vitamin b6
this will help you to be more aware during dreams, and its just a vitamin...
