that is exactly like me when I didn't know about it I did have one or two every night when I found out about it I didn't have that much at all except I had one of my best lucid dream in months this morning. |

Ok so a few years ago when I was about 7-9ish I had alot of dreams where I could control them - like one time I decided to visit my Dad and his sister when they was younger so I simply just went there and well had a chat. When I told them it was time for me to leave I just blinked and I then moved to my next dream. I have also been stuck in a dream before. My house went up for sale and someone bought it but my parents forgot about me and I was left up in my sisters bedroom alone. So when the buyers moved in I asked them where did my parents move to - they didn't know so I told them that I was stuck in a dream and needed help but they didn't care. I was stuck in that dream for a while but eventually woke up. But nowadays I've only ever had 1 LD since I learnt about it (Well I actually only tried to LD during a week but...) which was weird... there were voices then I suddenly thought... wait a min, this is a dream! I got excited and then everything went fuzzy and I woke up. Since then I've had no dreams like when when I was about 7-9. |

Forsight, I was the same way. I had frequent LDs until I was about 10, then it stopped for a few years until I started practicing it. Sounds like you have lots of potential and you are naturally drawn to meditation. I bet you could learn WILDing pretty quick. Do a search for WILD methods/techniques, it is one of the most guaranteed ways to LD. |

"If you realize Sunyata (the void), compassion will arise within your hearts; and when you lose all differentiation between yourself and others, then you will be fit to serve others." - Milarepa
It could be simply because kids have a much wider imagination and believe anything is real which would mostly include their dreams. Their minds seemed to be opened with greater possibilities and open mindedness. |

Thank you lucid - I'll read about WILD methodos and try to use them tonight |

I will try to get a LD before I post my LD goals...
WILDs: 0
Sleepwalks: 1 ^^
These have been all since joining
I think a lot of people had lucids when they were kids but when they get onlder they no longer have them naturally. This is my experience as well. |
