Yep. Unless you're sleep deprived you probably will not dream immediately once you fall asleep. Most people like to wait 5 hours or so using the WBTB method. Although some of us do WBTB in the morning after we wake naturally. |

1/ Whichever method is best for you. I Started with the alarm clock, then learned to auto-suggest. But you may choose to only remember your last morning dream when you wake up normally. Morning dreams take almost all the 90minutes cycle, so you should be in the middle of a dream whatever is you usual wake-up clock. You just need to stay reasonably still and REALLY try to remember it. I was like you before (0 dream recall) but now I recall many. |

Dec. 2006 - July 2007:
92 DILDs + 30 WILDs ; 75% too short, 24% decent, ~3 of 2 to 5 minutes
(I stopped counting after that)
All i can think to add is that afternoon naps are a great time to WILD if you dont want to weight 80 minutes to enter REM sleep. Also, we have that banana becuase it makes socially insecure people feel happy. The banana helps them feel like every on this forum is happy and friendly and likes to dance. And 1,000,000 lucid daydreams is only beneficial if you are studying for exams otherwise wake up and so something with your time. |
