      K, just looked up deild,

      So its basically, when I wake up in the middle of the night, don't move at all and image myself moving and try to feel everything that you are thing about.
      ^ is that right

      And one more question, to me it looks likewhen you do this, its just like POOF ur in a dream... Is that what it actually is like?

      Its is said to be the easiest method.
      You tell yourself to wake up after a dream repeatedly.
      (you can do this by telling yourself or setting alarms - eventually you will wake up after REM stages and dreams)
      When you do wake up yes, follow the method and remember the dream you were in and let yourself flow back in.
      Difference is you then are a lot more aware and tell yourself you are in a dream.
      Just use the method and it is a good start.

      i guess technically i DEILDed, and for me yes, poof

      Okay, I'm understanding it alot more than before.

      I used to think that WILD was the easiest because it is the main thing that everyone is talking about here.. But now I see there are easier ones
