Question Easy lucid techniques for afternoon naps?

It's summer time, and when there's nothing fun to do, I might as well practice lucid dreaming in the afternoon. I did have a few lucids on my own, however I'd like to achieve more constant success. So, what are good nap lucid techniques?

      Perfect the WILD.

I'm still trying to WILD into a lucid in the afternoon...certainly not easy.

Many people like to WILD or DEILD during a nap. Personally I'm crazy about MILD or DEILD while napping. I can almost always get a LD that way! Good luck!

Set an alarm at short durations during your nap.
Then DEILD if you have had a dream.
If not go back to sleep and try again.
