howdy to you all its been a while, so yesterday i downloaded a track. the first 30 minuets (of 45 minuets) of the track is silent (i guess it gives you time to go to sleep) then after that every minuet a lady comes on and say you are dreaming, (next minuet) your simply dreaming, (next minuet) do a reality check, (next minuet) you are dreaming, stuff like that, but my question is have any body tried something like these and did it worked, and is there anything else i would have to do to make this a success other then pressing the play button, then jumping:yumdumdoodledum: in bed thanks
