Thread: How can I overcome my fear of the dark?

I'm the same way. I usually wait until the sun rises before I give WILD a shot.

If you have a TV in your room, put it on and put it on mute (don't want dishwasher detergent commercials in your dreams) so you can just have the light in the room.

Or, you can just turn the lights on. I have a remote by the bed that does this, so it may be a problem if you have to get out of the bed to turn on the lights.

Well I feel incredibly stupid now.

I never considered inducing a WILD while the sun was up. If I entered SP during the day I would probably just end up laughing at whatever my mind threw at me.
