I have experience SP before, and it always happens in the morning. Here is what my weekend sleep routine is. I go to sleep at about 1 or 130 and set my alarm for 7, 845 and 1030 which is when I finally wake up, but I have always done this, this is not something to help LD. I do this so I dont wake up at whenever it is I have to wake up and say "Damn I have to get up now?!!?" but if you set the alarm an hour or two early you can be like "Oh 2 more hours to sleep yessssss!" (please someone back me up on this, b/c my roomate thinks im crazy). Anyways I thought since I already set my alarms liek this I could use it to help start an LD. Anyways I had one question. When trying to LD do you have to sleep on your back?? b/c the only time I have had SP |
