I'm posting this here because I think ultimately, the goal of keeping a log would be for attaining lucidity. Feel free to move to a better spot...

I just started a log of which nights are successful for me. Does anybody else do this? I want to make sure to cover the important conditions, but don't want to have a long spread-sheet that takes more time to fill out than it's worth. Here's what I have so far:

Lucid Dream Log
Date ---- Success? ---- How many? ---- Sleep in? ---- Cycle / Time
13-Aug ---- YES ---- 1 ---- NO ---- - T1 model -
14-Aug ---- NO ---- ---- NO
21-Aug ---- YES ---- 3 ---- YES ---- 6/9 45:40
22-Aug ---- NO ---- ---- NO
25-Aug ---- YES ---- 1 ---- YES ---- 7/9 45:15
26-Aug ---- NO
27-Aug

Sorry, I know that is probably confusing to read; I tried to copy and past from MS Excel, but that didn't work. Anyway, my conditions for the log are SUCCESS, HOW MANY, SLEEP IN (if I had to wake up early by alarm clock, or by the boy jumping on my bed!), CYCLE / TIME (that will be specific for my log as I'm keeping track of the LDD-T2's performance).

Anything else that you guys think would be useful? Considered a few other conditions like what time I went to bed, how much sleep, vit B pills... but I don't want to clutter a spreadsheet with too much stuff that is really not important... less likely to actually use it the more in depth it gets. I'd like to keep fairly basic.
