Was a close to a WILD?

I had not WBTB to try this WILD, i was just tired so i decided to try it. Please someone tell me if i was close. XD Okay, So i was lying down very still and some time later my heart rate went very high and i found it hard to breath. A little while after that i think i might have started to hear a whisper-ish sound and i freaked out and moved, and i felt normal again.
