      Increasing DILD Frequency

      Okay, as you can see from my signature, I haven't had any lucid dreams that haven't been DILD's. I try WILD a good 4 times a week, but that hasn't worked yet, so I wanted to see if I could get DILD's more often, being that those usually happen totally randomly for me.

      One thing though, in every LD I've had to date, I've known from the second I enter the dream that I am dreaming. I only do the reality check after to make sure. Any thoughts on that?
      If a person with multiple personality syndrome threatens to kill themselves, is it considered a hostage situation?

      Not sure. Usually for me it takes me a bit to realize it is a dream. Also, why has the WILD technique not worked for you do ya think? How long are you going at it for? Learn simple meditation, then try WILD. That should work like a charm for ya...

      I go at it, ehh, a good 45 minutes. I usually do this facing up(which I find incredibly uncomfortable) and I get uncomfortable in some way(sometimes my neck starts to tickle), after which I say screw it, and flip over to hope for a DILD.
