      Experience With LaBerg's book?

I just bought the book "Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming" By Dr. Stephen LaBerg, I just want to know has anyone got any good experience with it?

      Uh... beyond reading it?

It is a good book. Around here it is considered the lucid dreamer's Bible. Digest all of the ideas in that book and you'll be well on your way to fantastic lucid dreams.

Nice, do you still get LDs each night when you read it again?

You know I haven't tried reading it again... I guess I should give it a shot.

I read this whole thing this past weekend. I think it helped ALOT. I had my first lucid this morning (8/19) using the MILD technique i learned from that book.

I've looked over MILD. I suppose I should look over it a bit more diligently.

Anyways, about the book. I've been considering renting it from the library for some time now. I'd have to reserve it though, because it's always checked out. I might as well go and buy the thing. It'll be a good investment, I should imagine.

From what I hear it's a bible around here. It only costs $7.50 so it's not much of an investment..
