      Ridiculous twitches

The past couple of nights I've been experimenting with SP, but it seems most times my fingers or feet will flip the FUCK out, twitching and such. Does this mean I have to start the process all over again because of physical movement, even though it wasn't voluntary?

Nearly everyone experiences this. Usually happens when you start to dream or are thinking about something while your almost asleep. Let's say you trip in a dream scene or think about tripping. Your more than likely to reenact the sequence of actually tripping by twitching your foot. Which usually wakes you up.

naw naw naw, i dont now about what eeclips3 said, but thats perfectly normal the twiching and pulsing. its a pre-cursor to sp so its actually a good sign. its usually happens when your trying to wild and are lying in bed. i wouldnt agree with this guy above me, i would say it always happens before you dream, usually the first thing to happen when tyring to get through sp.

Yeah, as long as you don't react to it (like I tend to do) it won't affect anything. So when it happens, keep your breathing normal, don't open your eyes, and don't voluntarily move your foot back if it moved to an uncomfortable position.
