      HILD Method

      Well last night I tried the HILD Method I followed the tutorial exactly and I really did feel heavy and when I told myself to wake up I felt really weird. I didnt have any dreams last night but the tutorial said that might happen so Ill hopefully have one tonight I will post my results here tomorrow morning
      I was also wondering if anyone has had good results with this method?

      it didnt work...
      i dont remember having any dream at all, even non lucid
      maybe it needs another day to set in or something
      i hope im right...

      nope didnt work last night either
      ill try the hypnosis again today, maybe i did something wrong last time
