      Exclamation The Lucid Reality

dear lucid dreamers of the world,
hello. my name is Dor, i am 15 y\o and i am from Israel.
i might have glimpsed, over the last couple of days, the most amazing phenomenas in existence, through a slightly controversial experiment.

      I ASK FOR YOUR HELP.
i have known and experimented with lucid dreams for 2.5 years.
i NEED to lucid dream. not for fun, but for a purpose.

i AM managing a dream log and doing repeated RCs intensively for the last couple of days. my problem with the mainstream WILD\MILD\MILK (?!) methods is i cannot fall asleep when doing them. occasionally, when my brain feels that "the time is right", i will be given a lucid dream.

i NEED to lucid dream DESPERATELY.

please help me with this, for you shall not regret doing so.

The catch to the well-known methods is that you train your mind consciously so that it seeps into your subconscious. That the only way you'll get from the stage of willfully instructing yourself to lucid dream to the stage of subconsciously instructing yourself to do so.That's when you'll start to feel yourself slipping into dreamland while still being able to focus on full dream immersion. It takes a while but not as long as you'd think. Currently, I'm a former LDer trying to relearn, starting all the way from recall. Look at this endeavor as a desire, not a chore. That affects your progress as well.

well, when you say you need to dream.. you dream every night (if you sleep as usuall).
You should get better recall, and then start to LD for fun first before you continue to do it for a purrose, it's easier to learn if you do it this way.
WILD is not what i would recommend if you'r not used to LDing, you should try DILD or MILD, maybe FILD.

Your saying you can't convince yourself that you are dreaming now?

I know what you mean. It was the same for me (and still very often), even when I see impossible things happening, I never get lucid. It just seems normal to me to fight with Hitler in 2008, or to swim in my floor (rofl my dreams rule)
Also, in my first dream it just 'happened'.. There was no real reason, no dream sign, no unusual stuff, I just thought 'wait, I must be dreaming!'.
Only time will tell I guess Be patient. Also, don't try too hard. If it's not working, just stop thinking about lucid dreams for a while, and it might come just then (happened to me).
      Good luck!

thats the thing. i need to do it as soon as possible, because of some reason...
now i need to change my mindset. and it's impossible.
if i get a lucid dream in a period when i forget all about them, i forget my purpose of lucid dreaming, and wasting another lucid dream.
      i really AM desprate.
      please help me with this.

You can also try meditation to LD's, if you know how to meditate. If not get some relaxing music or sounds such as the ocean splashing onto the beach, and meditate, just stare at the flashes and sparks that show up, soon it'll evolve into a lucid dream.

I suggest trying the DEILD technique. It will require some preperation, but it is the only LD technique I know of that nearly 100% garuntees a LD if done correctly. Here is a link to the tutorial.
