Here's what I can gather of what MILD is.

You become relaxed before bed. Then repeat something to yourself along the lines of "I will wake up after each dream". Then you proceed to wake up after dreams and write it down, then go back to sleep imagining yourself back in your dream, where you will hopefully recognize that you're dreaming.

Is it really that simple? I know you have to be in the mindset that lucid dreaming will occur. I'm not really sure how difficult that is, or if it's just saying "I hope I have a lucid dream tonight!". If it's any more than that then I'm doing it wrong. If I am, tips would be appreciated.

Back to the concentrating. Is it really just repeating the aforementioned mantra and not letting your mind wander that makes you wake up after dreams? Is MILD that deceptively simple? I could be entirely wrong.
