      Lucidity confusion, Help appreciated.

      Well, I started Lucid Dreaming 3 days ago, and I kept a dream journal, but after 1 day I already memorized 3 dreams each night, and this night I had my first lucid dream already.. But I was wondering if it was really Lucid, the first thing I wanted to do was having sex in a dream xD sorry for that but's it's pretty normal for someone of the age of 15 so I went to sleep with the thought;
      "When I dream, I must know it's a dream"
      "When I dream, I must know it's a dream"
      "When I dream, I must know it's a dream"...
      So this is what happened, I didn't do a Reality check because I know I was dreaming. I dreamt I was in a nice room and there was my mom and some other guy sitting somewhere, and I said to myself hey, I'm dreaming, so I was aware on that moment, the next thing I did was morphing my mom in a hot girl,
      it took some tries but it worked. Then when I and that girl left we where on a mountain where we could slide down on the snow, and I suddenly lost my lucidity because there was a instructor and I just listened and did what he said, after a few tasks I woke up and thought : Well atleast I made progress and I was lucid for little while..
      How can I stay Lucid? also I didn't think of rubbing my hand to clear it all up how can I remember this?

      Well excitement plays a big role in loosing lucidity, If you get too excited you lose focus on the dream and slip out.

      I wasn't excited at all, but I just went with the dream as I went to the mountains, and I didn't really think of it that I was still dreaming..

      You cant get too involved with your dreams or else they will take over your lucidity completely. Your subconscious will chew it up and spit it out, lol.

      No seriously though, in my second LD; I noticed how your subconscious will do whatever it can to get your attention in your dreams. In mine: I was in a street, outside of an elementary school of where I play basketball at. The first thing I noticed was a black SUV driving towards me from my right; I didnt summon any SUV, so I knew it was my subconscious trying to absorb me into the dream. What did I do? I ignored the damn thing and took off to the sky.
      My point is you have to stop, gather your thoughts, not rush into doing anything and not let the dream take over your dream, otherwise, you might loose lucidity far earlier than you ever thought was even possible.

      Ive also lost lucidity in a dream that turned out to be a pretty bad nightmare. Here's the link and learn from my mistakes:http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...onal+influence
