i hate waiting till night. is there anything you can do during the day to help your lucid dreaming? anything at all that will help you get closer to becoming a better lucid dreamer? |

Goals:
Staying lucid longer
Fly without falling back to the ground
Change water into chocolate
You can and should practice during the day but it's difficult if you're not biphasic at least. You also need to establish a habit, a ritual of some sort that slows your down, both physically and mentally. |

I agree that you don't have to wait for the night to try a lucid. Any excuse for a nap, right? |

thanks a lot! this is very helpfull. i always thought that for a WILD you needed 4-6 hours of sleep, but i guess not. this is great news! thanks everyone |

Practice "dream control" during the day. For example, say in your next lucid you wanna use telekinesis. Practice controlling objects by imagining them moving around and having them come towards you and etc. You can do that for basically any aspect of dream control. Work on noticing sounds, textures, smells, just become more aware over all. If you want to learn to control elements, watch the way water flows and how it interacts with the other objects/elements, you can do these exercises for basically anything. |

Meditation is something you can do during the day, and should help you in your lucid dreaming induction and control. |
