      Another WILD question

      Yesterday I tried to WILD before I slept,
      So I saw my mom coming in after a while while I was trying,
      then when I laid back down, immediatly I felt vibrations and heard weird clicking sounds,
      I thought "what the..? how can I get a WILD sensation when I just laid down after my mom rushed in.. "
      after the sound went away everything just seemed normal, so I tried a RC by breathing through my nose when closing my throat.
      It didn't work, I didn't want to throw away so I laid there for 2 HOURS!
      after that I decided to give up, I felt kinda dizzy and a weird feeling of rusty,
      and shortly after that I fainted away in sleep..

      What do I do wrong, I counted my breaths(in - out 1, in - out 2,..) and I counted like 1600..

      I'm no expert but keep trying, you seem on the right track.

      thats ur problem right there. nothing else matters. unless ur a super lucid dreamer, this wont get you anywhere. u have to be atleast 4 hours into ur sleep. u should read the tutorials on WILD before u try it. there not that hard really, i just had 2 last night.

      I read a LOT of tutorials, from techniques to forced and passive control, and I could breath through my nose while keeping my throat closed for 2 seconds then it got stuck again really weird, I think I was dreaming like 5 seconds :S

      I need at least 5 hours of sleep before I attempt WILD. But that hasn't been working for me, so I might bump it up to 6. Either way, you need sleep before you try it.
