      Question about eye movement

Last night I woke up and started trying a fild which ended up being a wild. It seemed like while I was going into sp my eyes were twitching uncontrollably and moving really fast, and each time it seemed as though that my eye movement messed up the wild. What should I do when my eyes go crazy like that? And what should I do after?

So rapid eye movement was happening while you were awake? Neat!

Looking up or straight can cause this eye fluttering.
Just look down a bit with your eyes closed.
Not too far down it is uncomfortable.
      Try it.
