      Angry need help with WILD

      wenever i try to WILD i can easily get to the SP bit but then 10 seconds later it gos away and im back at the relaxation bit. i did a RC to see if i fell asleep but i was still awake.

      When sleep paralysis hits are you immediately trying to reality check? try waiting and watching for a shape or familiar object to form and try to enter a dream through that.

      reality checking immediately after you enter sleep paralysis would probably just pull you right out of it, ride it out a bit further

      SP is just the beginning, my friend. This may not be great to hear, but the best way to succeed at a WILD is to just let it happen. If you think about what's going on too much, you will remain too awake, and therefore just fade right back into full consciousness. Find something to distract your mind from the WILD itself. It sounds nuts, but you have to just let it happen..You're trying too hard.
