It shouldn't be too hard. Just always remember that nothing that is happening is real and your body is in no real danger. Your brain doesn't have to be relaxed completly until SP is done doing all those wierd things to you. |

I'm going to try a WILD for the first time ever this night. But I've heard that it causes very scary and even hostile hallucinations that seem very real. |

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, fondness makes the absence longer.
I've never experienced anything like being choked while trying to WILD but the pre-WILD hallucinations can easily break your concentration. Often times, the hardest ones to ignore aren't hostile, just creepy. I've heard someone yelling my name from the next room or just slamming doors when there is no one else in my house. Other times, I've thought I could see someone standing over me in my room, even though I should know that my eyes are closed. The hardest ones are the sounds because they will come while it is still possible to really move which will wake you up. If you can, just ignore them, but above all, do a reality check before anything else. You may find that you are already in the dream, dreaming about lying in bed. |

Dream Journal Shaman Apprentice Chronicles
Why the hell is it that I read about WILD's and people hearing and seeing bad things right before I go to bed? |
