Question Just a question about wild:

I have only tried WILD once, and it was right as I was going to bed, I didn't sleep 3-5 hours beforehand. (I know it won't work if you don't) I got all the way to SP (but never got a dream). Instead of trying to clear my mind, the whole time, I was thinking about everything and anything. But I avoided singing songs. And here is my question:

Can you complete a WILD even if you are thinking about things? I got to SP while thinking about things...

I would say no. Getting to SP can be as simple as lying still for a half hour, but actually entering a dream requires conscious effort usually.

oh ya. going to SP while thinking of other things is easy. thats how i do all mine. although when the time comes near, u really do need to focus to enter the dream. also, part of the reason u didnt enter a dream when u tried is because u werent in ur rem stage. i dunno if u knew that. basically u can go into SP anytime, but to dream u gotta be at least 4 hours in
