      Lucid Dream half-awake

So I managed to DEILD yesterday, but it was really weird.
So I woke up, didn't move and went into a dream, I did a reality check and it worked, so I was dreaming,
but then I felt this really weird feeling I was half-sleeping having a Lucid dream and half-awake so I accidentaly opened my eyes while being half-awake and the dream went away, now I was awake again.
After that I chained 2 other DEILDS all with the same result, being half-asleep and half-awake and I kept accidentaly opening my eyes, although in my dream state I could just teleport and stuff..

Very productive, the guy is obviously asking a question here any half wit could see that.

And for the op, i get this quite often when im overly tired/not tired enough. If you can manage to keep yourself from opening your eyes for a little while you`ll drop out of it pretty fast.

Absolutely right. You're not all the way asleep when this happens. The fact that you're not able to fall all the way asleep is an indication that you're too well rested to continue sleeping.

Not to be a prick but if you read his post you can clearly see which parts his wondering more about, not even neccesary with a question mark to be honest.
Ive experienced something similar before, so thanks for clarifying things AlexLou and billy.

I would say keep stabilizing (RCs, rubbing hands, speaking, etc) until you feel you're fully lucid. Give the dream state some time to establish itself. That "half-awake" feeling should go away soon if you do.

Hey buddy, why are you always so obnoxious? What are you trying to prove? How old are you? Just curious.
