Hmm, this is very interesting. I've been trying to LD almost every night for the past 5 months. And all I have to show for it is 7 LD's. Which, isn't bad but only having 1 LD every 3 weeks gets frustrating. I just wish I could find a technique that actually worked for me.

I'll have to give this a shot. Although, i like thinking about Dreaming all day long. It helps me cope with the intermittent drudgery of this reality and helps shed a new perspective.

      But I'll have to see.

Yeah well the trick in this method is to let the conscious thoughts of lucid Dreaming go so they have time to "sink" into one's subconscious mind.It has drastically improved both my DreamRecall and Lucid Dream Frequency and still getting better.

Dunno It's not suggesting. Suggestion is for people who have little faith. It is still trying as if you can't allready.

This technique is no technique. It is effortlessness; The thought of lucidity comes automatically when I see my bed. Isn't that so for all dedicasted lucid Dreamers? To let that be enough is more faith than hypnosis. Hypnosis is basically finding a way to fool yourself.. Into thinking you can do something, while I KNOW I can do something.

      It makes ALL the difference.

I'm surprised at your conclusions. They logically make sense. It's like your conscious and your subconscious mind signed a petition where
they both have to share 50 - 50 of the lucid effort. By this I mean that before you go to bed you have to put conscious effort into preparing your mind for a lucid dream that night. Now when you're in bed and are ready to fall asleep, you have to let all go as agreed, letting the subconscious mind do its part- which completes half of the share.

Now I realized that I put so much conscious effort into lucid dreaming that I left my subconscious mind empty handed. That is all.

Wow, thanks SKA. You really shed some light on the forums. This is something I look forward to. Keep it up & Thanks again
