Sleep paralysis..

I believe I was in SP and not qiute sure what to do when I realieze that Im, I saw blue flashes and I knew that I was in SP but getting to the dreams and the coolness is the hard part..I have no idea what to do.
Anyone out there that can help?

Two methods I have heard of for entering a dream from SP are to just watch the imagery until it forms into a scene, then imagine yourself moving into it.

Another trick is a lot like a VILD, it is to imagine a scene when you see the imagery, to force the scene you are thinking of.

Ok..Well I saw flashes and cut of pictures but I didn't know if I ignore the or let them come..
