      And does writting on your hand and looking at it every hour, as a reality check work?
      I read that if you do that and you look at it and it changes then you are dreaming, If it's true has anyone done it and did it work???

      The first post based on experience it will maintain a certain habit in the dream where you will remember some familiarity when you dream the same dream and that may trigger an RC. The second post it will work but to be sure use numbers like 1234 on your hand and stick to 1234. In the dream it will be other stuff. If you leave it blank and expect to see something when it's a dream, it will also be blank......
