If you want to wake up at night I would suggest drinking lots of water before sleep, this usually do it for me, alarms are just annoying and might ruin your chance of remebering your dream. |

Try and recall what you can remember about yesterday. This conditions your brain to recall things much better, including your dreams... The aim of this is to sharpen your recall process. I used this to get back on track..Hope this helps |

Eating certain foods before bed can make dreams more vivid. Dairy products help. |
