      Wild

is it possible to train yourself to fall straight into a WILD without going through all of the relaxations and stuff? (WILD on command)

If everyone is able to do this please reply & tell me how you taught yourself to do this, or how you learned.

Also if anyone just knows anyone who has done this please post!

I'm not actually sure if this is possible, but it sounds like it should be. If no one has actually done it before I'll try and set myself the task of being the first.

      thanks guys.
Do not try and bend the dream. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realise the truth.
      There is no dream.
Then you'll see, that it is not the dream that bends, it is only yourself.

Not that I know of, I think bypassing all the sleep stages and going to REM directly is dangerous. Because SP paralyses the body as to not actually act out a dream.

So if you attempt Sp without relaxation, the body starts to twitch (with me anyway). You know, the whole walking down stairs and "Falling" in bed. That is the SP stage without relaxation.

So, no, it isn't really possible (or health to the mind for that matter)

No, unfortunately it takes a while for the body to fall asleep. The only exception is the DEILD technique which is exactly what you describe. Directly into a lucid dream almost instantly.
