My Refined FILD, Do it and go lucid:)

Hey peeps. I just recently posted on a topic that had the "FILD" subject in it and it reminded me of the refined FILD I used it do some time ago. Here you goeS. By the way, this is just my refined Fild, I'm not the creator of Fild, Hargarts(think its spelled like that) is. I think people who refine techniques should give credit to the people that they're branching it from.

      1. Get some sleep, like 4-5 hours.

      2. When you wake up, think of something overwhelming right away, this will cause you (your subconscious maybe)to "escape reality " by making you more tired. Since your already tired, you will be drop down asleep.

      Examples are:
A.) Waking up only to remember you have school, so you end up falling asleep without noticing even though you had to wake up.
B.) Reading a difficult math problem or swallowing a load of information that will have you tired.

Something such as these will make the already tired you, more tired.

      3. While you're worrying, which I think is along the root of what this is about, begin doing the FILD process as normally and then after feeling nothing happen for 30 secs, do an RC to see if you're in lucid land. If you feel SP, well obviously you would already know. If you're not lucid then try again.

Note: Don't think about being lucid, just continue with your "problem" you want to escape from. I can't tell you what will overcome you to fall asleep because I am not you. Also, don't try to worry much to the point of getting stress or something (if that's even possible to do in 30 secs.....)
