Question For WILDers. Do you need to keep eyes still or not?

There are many guides on wilding.
Some advise that you should concentrate on keeping your eyes from moving, otherwise you prevent SP.

But it strikes me that During REM eyes move consciouslly (mirroring eye movement in dreams). During SP eyes also move consciouslly (being the only part you can move easily).

So of thats the case is it really neccesary to keep your eyes locked in position when attempting a WILD.

It would be good to hear the opinions of regular wilders.

Yes. In my experience, when you move your eyes, you break the WILD attempt. I'm guessing this is just for the transition, after that, when you're into the dream it doesn't matter.
