      Weird things happening lately

      alright so normally a few weeks ago up to now, i was able to attain lucidity, but lately, the last few nights, i would try my method when you pinch yourself to feel pain or not, but when i did this, i would "feel" pain in the dream, so i would not be able to attain lucidity, which is weird because you cant feel pain in dreams, obviously. if anyone could shed any help or info, i am very grateful

      it is not unusual to feel pain in dreams (not for me anyway)

      you might want to consider trying some alternative reality check methods

      Yeah what tjwoosta said, pain is very possible in dreams. I never been shot in the back by hundreds of bullets but my subconcious managed to give the general idea. I find the funnest one is pushing your finger through your hand, but if your not sure if your in real life or not (and don't want to look stupid/stoned) just close your lips and try and breathe in or out through them. chances are you will if you feel it necessary to do a reality check
