Okay, so I've been here a day or so and picked up a lot of stuff that I hope to put to good use. I've sort of developed a plan I mean to stick by and try through.
At ~9:55 - 10:00 pm I will brush my teeth and strip down to boxers (sexy, right?).
From 10:00 to 11:00 pm I will be reading a book (Fires of Heaven, if you're curious) while I listen to ninja9578's "Subliminal Lucid 3.0
From 11:00 pm and onward, until I fall asleep, I will be staying as still as I possibly can. The occasional itch will probably disturb me, but not much I hope. I will be using autosuggestion with the sentence "Do a reality check". Also every time I exhale I will repeat, "I am dreaming".
Chances are I will repeat the former on an inhale and the latter on each exhale (does this seem okay, or is it too much?)
An hour into sleep I will start a EILD mp3 to try to initiate a lucid dream. I'm going to use the Lucid_3.3 for a bit.
I will wake up at 5:00 am (With my computer and a favorite song if I can, or else I'll use my alarm).
I will shower, and get ready for school in general.
I will go back to bed at ~5:25 - 5:35, which is a time up of approx. 30 minutes.
5:30 - 6:50, this is when I will try to VILD. I have a scene to use and hopefully I'll be tired enough for it to work. If not, I'll have to think of something to make me tired (any ideas, anyone?). If I can't focus enough to VILD, I may just try a WILD, and if I can't do that, I'll Autosuggest and repeat what I stated previously.
If the V/WILD doesn't work (tiredness is too much). I'm going to adjust times. First I plan on getting up at 4:00 instead, and trying the same thing. If that fails, I'll do 4:30 and just gauge how tired I am for each wakeup time.
Is there anything that is a big no-no, or something I should add in to help?
