Eye movement in WILD: A question

During sleep paralysis, you can move and even open your eyes.
In Rem sleep you move your eyes.

Does that mean that when Wilding, you don't need to worry about keeping
      your eyes still?

I've never had my eye movement (or lack or eye movement) affect a WILD. I don't know how others feel about this issue.

Well I've read quite a few good WILD guides.
But some of them make a point of saying keep your eyes closed and don't move them.

Would hate worry about this if it didn't matter.

I find that if I deliberately focus my eyes, it hinders the onset of hallucinations, as opposed to letting them relax.

You mean relax and move freely?
Or relax and stop the moving?

Well, I figure they stop moving. I just don't deliberately use any of my eye muscles, and pay no attention to them.

You can't move freely during a WILD and to reach the deepest state of relaxation you have to lay still. About your eyes, you have to try to keep them closed. A mask can help because this puts a slight bit of pressure on your eyes.
