A good habit to get into doing every night is a lucid count up or a count down, this is how it works. |

Remembering Dreams and recording them aren't a problem for me, and I want so badly to take the next step and improve my Lucid dreams but I feel stuck! The First night I decided to start actively trying to lucid dream I was met with Success, probably because of all the reading and research I did throughout the day. Lucid dreaming has certainly been on my mind a lot, but seems to escape me when I'm asleep. Waking up in the middle of the night isn't a problem for me, 'cause I have a one year old. This actually helps me remember my dreams, and before going back to sleep I try to focus on wanting to Lucid dream... but haven't been having any luck. Perhaps its the stress of moving and I have a lot going on in general *shrugs* I could really use some pointers! Thanks |

Well you haven't been trying for very long, I would recommend just relaxing, realize it may take some time! In the mean time, are you doing reality checks and look for your dream signs? These can really help. |
