Exclamation Entering After WILD - Help

Well, Ive been getting better at WILDS, but I dunno how to enter the dream after complete SP. Last night I visualised myself in this garden, I descibed everything to myself, the sky, basically everything.

But I wasn't IN the dream, it was merely a very vivid visualisation, but I still knew I was awake and if I opened my eyes I was exactly where I started. No, this isn't a false awakening, I checked. So even though I was in complete SP, I couldn't "leave my body behind".

How do I enter the dream? Do I just continue visualising and do nothing else?

      Thanks,
      EsC

Are you sure you are in full SP (as in, completely unable to move save your your eyes and your respiratory muscles)? If so, how long do you wait (approx) after achieving full SP before attemtping the visualisation, and how long before giving up?

The visualisation starts the moment I decide it to, i guess. It just becomes more and more vivid.

But I could move with some effort when I though: screw it, im going to sleep

But I probably shouldn't have done that, that was my brain trying to shut me down to dream, right? Damn, I only realize that now!

Oh well, Tonite - attempt 2...

Dude, your describing exactly what's happening to me.

Well except my mental images aren't as vivid as you are describing. I can start to get an image, and I feel like I'm just starting to slip away. I can feel myself sliping out of my body and the hallucinations JUST start to come on. The BOOM! I'm wide awake once I start to think about it again.

I'm hoping this isn't a problem and I just need practice? yeah?

Like I've taught myself to wake up after every dream too. So I tried this right after I woke up from my first dream of the night. I woke up with the last image from my dream still imprinted on the back of my eye lids. Then I got up and got some apple juice and tried going back to bed. It took nearly 25 minutes to fall asleep again. I'm guessing I shouldn't have gotten up, and should have just tried to fall back into the dream. yeah?
