1) How important is it that you stay as still as you can when trying to achieve one? This is a big turn-off for me, and find it very uncomfortable trying to attempt one, out of the 4-5 or so serious tries I've done.
2) Could I still WILD if I move around as I normally do on my bed, yet keep a certain state of mind that would make myself certain that I would dream that night and control it? Sorry if this question is long and confusing, but I'm tired and should get some rest right now. 
3) Would trying to achieve a DILD be easier than trying to achieve a WILD? Is there any difference in terms of the effects of them?
This is my first* post, sorry if I've done anything wrong, such as posting in the wrong board. Anyway, yes, I'm keeping a DJ and have been keeping one for a few months now. I recall my dreams almost every night, so not much of a problem there. A few tips on how to achieve a WILD would be nice. Thanks!
