      Important WILD/SP Question.

Despite reading numerous threads and tutorials about SP I'm still slightly confused.

I understand the vibrations and the noise, fast heart rate and tightness of breath is SP. Now if you do nothing
else do you just stay in this state until you enter a dream?

Or do you have to get through this state until the noises and vibrations etc stop then attempt to enter a dream?

I read this tutorial, and feel it indicates the latter:-

After a while you'll get deeper and deeper in trance, usually the sleep paralysis stops after a while and you'll be getting images. The vibrations will change into another feeling, this can be used to visualize your dream.

Thanks control, but I'm still confused.
What is sleep paralysis. Its it when your body goes numb (feels a bit like a dead leg)..
or is it the fuzzy vibrations feeling.

Are the vibrations supposed to continue indefinitely? Until you fall into dream?

After a while you'll feel your body getting heavier, or harder to move. For example when you want to move your arm. You have to focus for it move. Normally during the day you'd have no problems with that. The vibration stop after a while or change into another feeling.

      Roy,

sorry to ask, but can you walk me through it stage by stage.
I've read that many posts and tutorials on Wild now Im all over the place.

      Heres my guess

      1) Limbs getting heavy, hard to move.
      2) Hot tingle/vibration.
      3) A wave comes over you. Breathing gets heavy. Head-chest feels like its pulsing.

      Then what?

Actually those are pretty random, you can get a lot of feelings and sensations. After that it's just getting deeper and deeper into trance and visualisations.
