      Thought I'd give an update, since it's been a while. I am having Lucid Dreams on a regular basis again. Usually I'll have one every 2-3 weeks...if I'm lucky I'll have more. They are still random entries though. I've started to make a habit of questioning lucidity during waking life for a few of my dream signs. i hope that it's starting to get into my subconscious enough that I'll soon be able to enter using the dream signs. Anyways, just giving an update, and thanks for all your help.

      Just found this old thread of mine. I just posted in the general discussion, but finding this thread brought up more.

      I have had 2 kids in the last few years. In this thread I mentioned my daughter, but I've also got a son now.

      I've been dry again for quite a while. I had one the other day after starting my dream journal again, but my problem is with sleep. I've not been sleeping well, and getting to sleep isn't easy anymore. Dream recall is horrible right now as well. I think it's because of not sleeping well. And I've just started to keep my journal again.

      Anyways, I'm getting back into it, and starting to reality check, and all the other tricks.

      Any advise for anything would be great!
