      Problems with stablizing

Ok so i had a lucid dream last night and the same problem keeps happening which drives me crazy , when i become lucid if i close my eyes in the dreams and reopen i tend to drift back to waking state , i try hand rubbing , spinning around all the suggested on the board , but this happens all the time and dont know what to do, does anyone here know what that cause could be?

      Help would be greatly appreciated

Why do you close your eyes? Is it to change settings?

Closing your eyes shuts off visual stimuli, or so I've heard. Probably why you wake up.

Well in a lucid, you don't actually HAVE eyes. So why are you trying to simulate the closing of your eyes?
If for some reason you "need" to, try to flood your other dream senses. Taste something, smell something, touch things, and listen to a sound all while you are closing your eyes.
