I have recently acquired a dreaming aid with mugwort in it, i've never used it before and was wanting some advice on it. i searched the forums, but didn't find much on it. Is it safe? |

You get quite a lot for your money though, and it's not something you'll want to be using every night. |

Be adviced though, that while galantamine works for many people, there are also quite a few it doesn't. It does not work well for me, produced two- less than ten second lucid dreams, and hasn't worked since, after probably trying twenty different times or so. I've had better luck with DMAE and Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and some luck with L-Tyrosine, and B6. DMAE is much cheaper than galantamine, it needs to be taken twice daily if you get 250mg capsules like mine. From what I have reaserched and experineced DMAE needs to build up over a week or two, at least, some effects are supposed to come after 6 weeks. Acetyl-L-Carnitine is expensive for a good brand, mine was over $30 for 750mg pills. I take them occassionally, and had success with it this morning taking it after waking and returning to bed. You might want to give DMAE a try for a few weeks before buying the Galantamine. |

I might do that thanks. |
