It would be better suited under general lucid dscussion because it doesn't have a lot to do with actually attaining lucidity or really holding it, but not a big deal.
Yeah i would agree with Stephen LaBerge that your mind just accepts that a day or period of time has passed like in a movie, time seems to move quicker and that really time is matching on both sides.
Like in an experiment Stephen LaBerge did once with a lucid subject and how they made an eye movement counted 10 seconds or something while lucid dreaming and then made another eye movement after they thought the 10 seconds time peroid was up and that the times were pretty much the same.
I believe you can trick your mind into believing you have twisted time and had that feeling like you have spent days in a dream which is pretty cool tho
