The basic idea is to have 5 or 6 hours of proper sleep first then you get up and refresh your intent to LD for an hour by watching LD related videos or doing reality checks. Reason is this, when you had 5 or 6 hours of sleep and then wake up for an hour and then go back to sleep...a nap condition is created. This nap condition has a high degree of REM and has more wakefullness to it so higher chance of becoming lucid and more importantly it is the most conducive state the mind is in to recieve autosugestions. |
