      having a dream about being lucid

      So last night i had a dream about being lucid....WEIRD.

      During the dream i did a jumping/flying reality check and i realized i was dreaming. I started to lose lucidity cuz i was excited and from what i can remember, next i was telling someone about having a lucid dream.

      Now what im confused about is if i really did have a lucid dream or if it was just a dream about being lucid.

      Do you guys think its the same either way???

      What you're describing sounds like you were lucid, and then had a false awakening. A false awakening is when you dream about waking up & think it's real. False awakenings are quite common, but it's still possible there was something else going on. Just my interpretation .
      12 LDs at least (most short), all DILD I believe.

      lucid or not.

      yes or no.

      theres more degrees to dreams, or lucid dreams than on and off. To what degree your dream was on this 3 dimensional scale is anyones guess.

      Just put it under your belt as another cool experience and dont worry if it can be classified by the word - lucid or not
