With DEILD what autosuggestion should I use?

Okay I am excited to try DEILD because it is like the only one that will fit into my schedule. But I don't know how I am supposed to realize I am awake after my dreams and not move. so I thought I would try Autosuggestion this week or two so what do you say for autosuggestion to wake up and realize and Not move?

If you have any other techniques they would be appreciated!

Just say to yourself that when you wake up after a dream not to move. Of course you don't have to phrase it just like that; Come up with your own phrase that you'll be able to remember. It'll stick with you more if it's unique to you.

Also, you must realize that just because someone hasn't answered your question means that no one likes you. Whether you meant that statement or not, be patient. Don't expect replies right after you make a topic, because chances are it's already been bumped back a little by other topics. Someone will see it sooner or later.

Something to the effect of "I willl have a clear, vivid LD tonight and when I wake up, I will remember it fully."

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

I uses to say "I will wake-up after my dream and remember it all", it used to work really well-I'd wake up straight afterwards and it would have been a really vivid dream, doesn't seem to work now though for some reason.

The one I usually use now is "I will realise I'm dreaming and remember it all" or something to that effect, usually works, but it depends how tired I am, and I have to keep repeating it over and over until I go to sleep usually. Probably 50% of the time it gives me a pretty good lucid. Hope that helps.
