I've had the same or similar thing happen to me when I first listened to an lucid induction mp3. I never got anywhere with the conscious rapid movement, and I read a thread where everyone else came to the same conclusion. |

recently I've been listen to I doser and such, it really helps me get to the falling feeling and the vibrations. the only problem is after 2 -3 minutes my eyes roll hard to the back of my head to the point were it hurts a bit I cant tell if there shooting back and forth or just trying to slam and far back as they can. alot of times after a minute i make it stop, im worried though that by stopping it it causes the process of SP to stop, this happens even without the music. any idea? |

No, I didn't actually stop listening to it; I just stopped focusing on my eyes. I learned to simply stop them from twitching rapidly after just making them stop a few times. Then I didn't have to think about them at all and they would stay calm. I never went straight into a dream from lucid dream induction mp3s, but I don't have too much experience with them. In fact, last night I had my first two WILDs and I'm planning on trying this morning in a few minutes. I may try an mp3 sometime in the next few weeks and if I have any success I'll let you know. |
