      dream journals and lucid dreams

      I'm a begginer but i have just about 2 lucid dreams every week, but i want to have more plus, sometimes i forget to become lucid and do reality checks. Today i started keeping a dream journal, i remembered last nights dream and i wrote it down so, i was wondering if keeping a dream journal every day help me have more lucid dreams? Do dream journals really work in that way?

      Yes - you need to work on dream recall.

      You could be having lucid dreams and not remembering them.
