Smile How can i Carry this through into a lucid dream?

well. iv'e been in a dry spell for quite a while, i get the odd DILD every now and then so i guess it's not a dry spell, it's more of a lack of attitude towards lucid dreaming. But i want to get back into it, so i started about 2 weeks ago. Nothing, ive tryed reality cheks, WBTB, FILD's, DEILD's, these work best for me... but, for a while now. ever since i descovered the way my mind likes to gain lucid dreams, and the way my dreams work.. and about my self.. is that, DEILDs and DILDs are the most common things that get me lucid dream's. and, wenever i wake up with the intension to fild or DIELD. or if i wake up in the morning, then i close my eyes.. BUt then all of a sudden everynow and then, it will feel like ive opened my eyes.. but i know ive not, and i will see the wall or my quilt or my hand infront of my face, and it gets more and more solid and feels more and more like a dream, ( DEILD ).. this is right after ive woken up. or maybe abit after.. But, whenever i think about it. it goes off focus and i can't seem to proceed aneyfurther than than.. aney suggestions guys.. would be much apreaciated thanks.. sasuke..
We all are so deeply interconnected; we have no option but to love all. Be kind and do good for any one and that will be reflected. The ripples of the kind heart are the highest blessings of the Universe.

I'm pretty experienced with DEILD. If I understand your post you are having trouble getting the dream to form around you, right? The best thing I've found to do at the point when the dream starts to form is to just relax. Don't think about what is happening or the imagry you see. Just observe. Wait. Stay calm. The dream should sort of blossom around you.

When you are finally in the dream, just hang out for a while and don't do anything. Allow time for the dream to stabilize and for your body to fall deeper into sleep. That way you are less likely to wake yourself up when you start doing stuff.
